A NEW EVENT IN 2020

Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Prasco has decided to transition to an outdoor, drive-thru event. We aim to provide a safe environment for all that follows the government and CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19, while still ensuring the wonder of Christmas at Prasco.

Christmas at Prasco - A Night in Lights is completely free and no tickets are necessary. Entry into the event is first come, first served.

There is no registration for A Night in Lights 2020. Everyone is welcome! Entry into the event is first come, first served.

A Night in Lights is a drive-thru event only. Please adhere to our 5-mph speed limit. You are welcome to roll down the windows, take photos, turn your music up, but you must stay in the vehicle. No bicycles, skateboards or other modes of open air transportation allowed.

Any standard vehicle (including SUVs & Minivans) with 3 rows of seating or less is permitted. If your vehicle has over 3 rows of seating, your vehicle must be less than 25 feet in length and less then 10 feet high.

The experience takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

A Night in Lights is a complete in car experience. You may not exit your vehicle. With this year's circumstances, it's important that everyone remains inside their vehicles for your safety and the safety of other patrons.

No. Restrooms will be unavailable.

Food and beverage will not be provided.

This event will go on rain or shine. We will do our best to notify the public as quickly as possible if we must close due to bad weather conditions. All event updates will be placed on this page and corresponding Prasco Park social media pages.

This year, our photos have gone digital! To access your photo, please scan the QR code with your smartphone and navigate to the prompted website. There, you will be redirected to your photo where you can download, print, and share.

Accessibility 
Prasco recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the American Disabilities Act. Prasco continues to make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. Prasco welcomes members of our disabled community to the campus, which is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Vehicles displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to park in handicap accessible parking spaces as available. Please make sure your placard is visible for security.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the Prasco campus.  Service animals are permitted, provided the animal is performing the work or task it is trained to do.  A service animal will be removed if the animal is out of control and the animal's handler does not take effective action to control it; a service animal will also be removed if it is not housebroken (Americans with Disabilities Act § 35.136).

Alcohol and Illegal Substances
Prasco's campus has been designated as a smoke-free property under Ohio Law (Revised Code § 3794). Therefore, Prasco staff are obligated to ensure that smoking, which includes the use of tobacco, vapor devices, and E-cigarettes, does not occur anywhere on Prasco’s campus.

Prasco guests are prohibited from possessing alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs/substances, and glass bottles. Guests who seem intoxicated or otherwise impaired by drugs/alcohol will be denied entry into or removed from the event.

Cameras
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders onto the campus for personal use.

Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures. Tripods, monopods, and other camera-stabilizing items are not allowed. Guests shall also refrain from taking pictures of (a) Prasco business operations or (b) in places not open for public access. Guest photographs are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

Drones
Guests are not permitted to launch drones from or fly drones over any part of the Prasco campus for any purpose, including for photographic or video recording. 

Firearms
Possession of firearms, deadly weapons, dangerous ordinance or other items that can cause injury is strictly prohibited.  This prohibition also applies to those who possess valid CCW licenses.

First Aid
First Aid, including Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), can be found throughout the campus or by contacting a Security Team member.

Missing Persons
Guests should report missing persons to any staff member or law enforcement officer.  Subsequently, efforts will be taken to locate and reunite the missing person with the reporting party.

Photo/Video Policy
By declaring interest and or attending an event on Prasco's campus, Prasco shall have unrestricted rights and license to use the attendees' name, image, likeness and other personal information taken in connection with the event for any purpose, including, but not limited to, marketing materials, outreach programs, videos, publications, and social media.

Service Animals
